Terms and Conditions for Renting Dasman Arena

Commitment to ethical behavior and respect for others.
Adherence to booking time without delay.
Sportswear must be worn at all times.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility.
No outside food or beverages allowed without prior approval.
Use designated parking spaces and remove vehicles upon leaving.
The facility is not responsible for accidents or personal injuries.
The facility is not responsible for weather changes.
The facility may reschedule bookings in special cases, with compensation as agreed.
The facility is not responsible for lost personal items.
In case of booking cancellation, the paid amount will be credited to the wallet for future bookings.
The registered phone number is the official contact and must be reachable.
Bookings are for friendly individual games only, not tournaments or academies.
If used for unauthorized events/tournaments, the facility may cancel without refund.

Safe use of facility equipment is required.
Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.
Children under a certain age (e.g., 12) must be supervised by a guardian.
The facility reserves the right to deny entry to anyone misusing the field or causing damage.
In case of any damage to the field or equipment, the renter shall bear the repair costs in accordance with the Private Facilities Rental Law.

الالتزام بالسلوك الأخلاقي واحترام الآخرين.
الالتزام بوقت الحجز وعدم التأخير.
ارتداء الملابس الرياضية المخصصة.
يمنع التدخين داخل المنشأة.
يمنع إدخال الأطعمة والمشروبات من الخارج إلا بموافقة مسبقة.
الالتزام بمواقف السيارات المحددة وإخراج المركبة عند المغادرة.
المنشأة غير مسؤولة عن أي إصابات أو حوادث شخصية.
المنشأة غير مسؤولة عن التغيرات المناخية أو الأحوال الجوية.
يحق للمنشأة تعديل موعد الحجز في الحالات الطارئة مع تعويض العميل حسب الاتفاق.
المنشأة غير مسؤولة عن فقدان المتعلقات الشخصية.
في حال الغاء الحجز، يتم تحويل المبلغ المدفوع إلى رصيد في المحفظة حتى يتم استخدامه في حجوزات القادمة.
رقم الهاتف المسجل هو وسيلة التواصل الرسمية ويجب أن يكون فعالاً.
الحجز مخصص للمباريات الودية الفردية فقط، وليس للبطولات أو الأكاديميات.
في حال استخدام الملعب لبطولة أو حدث غير مصرح، يحق للمنشأة إلغاء الحجز دون تعويض.

الالتزام باستخدام المعدات الرياضية الخاصة بالمنشأة بشكل آمن.
يمنع الكحول أو المخدرات منعاً باتاً.
الأطفال تحت سن معينة (مثلاً 12 سنة) يجب أن يكونوا تحت إشراف ولي أمر.
المنشأة تحتفظ بحقها في منع أي شخص يسيء استخدام الملعب أو يسبب ضررًا للمرافق.
في حال حدوث أضرار في الملعب أو المعدات، يتحمل المستأجر تكاليف الإصلاح وفق قانون تأجير المرافق الخاصة.
