الشروط والأحكام

• الالتزام بالسلوك الأخلاقي واحترام الآخرين.
• الالتزام بوقت الحجز وعدم التأخير.
• ارتداء الملابس الرياضية المخصصة.
• يمنع التدخين داخل المنشأة.
• يمنع إدخال الأطعمة والمشروبات من الخارج إلا بموافقة مسبقة.
• الالتزام بمواقف السيارات المحددة وإخراج المركبة عند المغادرة.
• المنشأة غير مسؤولة عن أي إصابات أو حوادث شخصية.
• المنشأة غير مسؤولة عن التغيرات المناخية أو الأحوال الجوية.
• يحق للمنشأة تعديل موعد الحجز في الحالات الطارئة مع تعويض العميل حسب الاتفاق.
• المنشأة غير مسؤولة عن فقدان المتعلقات الشخصية.
• في حال إلغاء الحجز أو طلب تغيير موعد الحجز، يجب تقديم الطلب قبل موعد الحجز ب٤٨ ساعة على الأقل. وفي حال استيفاء المدة المحددة، يتم تحويل المبلغ المدفوع إلى رصيد في المحفظة لاستخدامه في الحجوزات القادمة.
• رقم الهاتف المسجل هو وسيلة التواصل الرسمية ويجب أن يكون فعالاً.
• في حال استخدام الملعب لبطولة أو حدث غير مصرح، يحق للمنشأة إلغاء الحجز دون تعويض.
• يُمنع منعًا باتًا القيام بأي إعلان أو ترويج داخل الملعب دون موافقة الإدارة.
• يُمنع منعًا باتًا وضع أو تعليق أي إعلانات أو لافتات أو شعارات أو مواد دعائية داخل الملعب أو مرافق المنشأة إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من إدارة المنشأة.

ملاحظات إضافية مهمة

• الالتزام باستخدام المعدات الرياضية الخاصة بالمنشأة بشكل آمن.
• يمنع الكحول أو المخدرات منعًا باتًا.
• الأطفال تحت سن معينة (مثلاً 12 سنة) يجب أن يكونوا تحت إشراف ولي أمر.
• المنشأة تحتفظ بحقها في منع أي شخص يسيء استخدام الملعب أو يسبب ضررًا للمرافق.
• في حال حدوث أضرار في الملعب أو المعدات، يتحمل المستأجر تكاليف الإصلاح وفق قانون تأجير المرافق الخاصة.

• Commitment to ethical behavior and respect for others.
• Commitment to the booking time and no late arrival.
• Wearing appropriate sportswear.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.
• Bringing food and beverages from outside is prohibited unless prior approval is obtained.
• Commitment to using the designated parking spaces and removing the vehicle upon departure.
• The facility is not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents.
• The facility is not responsible for weather changes or weather conditions.
• The facility reserves the right to change the booking time in emergency situations, with compensation to the customer as agreed.
• The facility is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• In case of cancellation or a request to change the booking time, the request must be made at least 48 hours before the booking time. If the required notice period is met, the amount paid will be transferred to the customer’s wallet balance for use in future bookings.
• The registered phone number is the official means of communication and must be active.
• If the facility is used for an unauthorized tournament or event, the facility reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation.
• Advertising or promotion inside the facility is strictly prohibited without management approval.
• Placing or hanging any advertisements, signs, logos, or promotional materials inside the pitch or facility premises is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from the facility management.

Important Additional Notes

• Commitment to using the facility’s sports equipment safely.
• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Children under a certain age (e.g., 12 years old) must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• The facility reserves the right to prohibit anyone who misuses the pitch or causes damage to the facilities.
• In case of any damage to the pitch or equipment, the renter shall be responsible for the repair costs in accordance with the applicable private facility rental regulations.
